Terms of service

1. The service

The thirsttrap.com service is an online shop for lingerie and adult costumes, run by the administrator of the thirsttrap.com service. You can contact the administrator at [email protected].

2. Adults only

You must be 18 or older, and of legal age where you live, to use this site, place an order, join The Drop or apply as a creator. By confirming your age you state that this is true. We close accounts and cancel orders of anyone under 18.

3. Orders

• An order is placed when you complete checkout and the payment is confirmed. We send a confirmation email with your order number.
• We may cancel an order and refund the payment in full if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud.
• We ship within the United States only. Delivery details are on our shipping page.

4. Prices

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

5. Payment

Orders are paid in crypto on a secure hosted payment page of our payment processor, which shows the exact amount in the coin you choose. An order is confirmed once the network confirms the payment. We never hold your wallet or your keys.

6. Final sale and exchanges

For hygiene reasons all sales are final. The exceptions, faulty or wrong items, double charges and unauthorized charges, and the Second Take size swap are described in our sales policy, which is part of these terms.

7. The Drop subscription

• The Drop costs $49 a month, or $470 prepaid for 12 months. It renews automatically at the end of each paid period until you stop the renewal.
• Members get one look a month, new drops before they reach the shop and a member price in the shop.
• You can skip any month in your account. A skipped month moves your paid time forward.
• You can stop the renewal at any time in your account. You keep the months you have already paid for and no further renewal is charged.
• Club fees are final and are not refunded, in whole or in part.

8. ThirstTrap Creators

• Creators must be 18 or older. Before any collaboration we verify age and identity with an official document. No collaboration starts without a positive verification.
• An accepted creator gets a personal code. Fans who use it get 15 percent off their first order.
• The creator earns 15 percent commission on net merchandise of paid orders with the code. Net merchandise means the price of the products after discounts, without shipping, tax and refunded or cancelled orders.
• Commission is calculated and paid monthly for orders that are paid and not refunded.
• We may pause or end a code on misuse, for example self purchases, coupon sites, spam, misleading claims or use on content that breaks the law. Commission earned through misuse is not paid.
• Creators are independent and are not employees or agents of the service.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes placing fraudulent orders, using another person's payment details, attempting to break into accounts or systems, copying site content or photos for commercial use, and reselling products bought with creator or member discounts.

10. Content and photos

Product photos, texts and the ThirstTrap name belong to the service. You may share links and screenshots for personal use. Photos you take of yourself in our products remain yours.

11. Limitation of liability

Products are sold as described on their product pages. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

12. Disputes and governing law

Please write to us first, most problems are solved quickly by email. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the administrator, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rights of the state where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was placed. Changes to The Drop are announced by email before your next renewal.
