Orders and payment
How can I pay?
In crypto: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC or another major coin, on a hosted payment page that shows the exact amount. USDT and USDC keep the price fixed in dollars. The order ships once the network confirms the payment, usually within 10 to 30 minutes.
Will anything show on a card statement?
No. Crypto payments never appear on a card statement, and the box itself is plain with a neutral sender name.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes, every price on ThirstTrap is in USD. Shipping is added at checkout, and it is free on orders over $95.
Can I return an item?
Lingerie is final sale for hygiene reasons. We replace faulty or wrong items, and the Second Take gives one size exchange of an unopened piece within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping and discretion
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only, to all 50 states and DC. Shipping is $6.95, free over $95, and delivery takes 3 to 6 business days.
What does the parcel look like?
A plain brown outer box with a neutral sender name and no logo. There are no prices inside, so it works as a gift.
When does a crypto order ship?
As soon as the network confirms the payment. You get an email when it is confirmed and another one with tracking.
Size and fit
How do I find my size?
Measure bust, waist and hips with a soft tape and use the size chart or the Fit Finder in our size guide. Sizes run from XS to 3X.
I am between sizes, which one do I choose?
Size up for corsets, go true to size for stretch lace and mesh, and choose bodysuits by torso length and bust.
How does the Second Take work?
Email support with your order number within 30 days of delivery. You can exchange one unopened piece in its original packaging for another size of the same product.
The Drop
What is The Drop?
A monthly look club. Members get one new look a month, new drops before they reach the shop and a member price in the shop.
How much does The Drop cost?
$49 a month, or $470 prepaid for 12 months.
Can I skip a month or stop?
Yes, in your account. Skipping moves your paid time a month forward. Stopping the renewal keeps the months you already paid for. Club fees are final.
Creators
How do I join ThirstTrap Creators?
Apply on the Creators page. Before any collaboration we verify age and identity with a document, and you must be 18 or older.
What do creators earn?
Each creator gets a personal code that gives fans 15 percent off their first order, and earns 15 percent commission on net merchandise of paid orders with that code, paid monthly.
Is my application private?
Yes. Application details and photos are stored privately, used only to review the application, and deleted on request or if the application is not accepted.
