How to measure at home

  1. Use a soft tape measure. Stand straight, relaxed, in front of a mirror so you can see the tape is level.
  2. Bust. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, wearing a thin unpadded bra or nothing.
  3. Waist. Measure the narrowest part of your torso, usually an inch above the belly button. Breathe out normally, do not pull in.
  4. Hips. Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
  5. Torso, for bodysuits and teddies. Measure from the top of one shoulder, down through the crotch and back up to the same shoulder.

Keep the tape snug, never tight. Round up to the next whole inch.

Between sizes, advice per style

Corsets and bustiers

Size up. Boning and busks do not stretch, and a corset that closes completely leaves no room to cinch. Choose by your waist first, then check the bust.

Stretch lace and mesh sets

True to size. Stretch lace and mesh give with the body, so pick the size your bust and hips agree on. For bottoms, the hip measurement decides.

Bodysuits and teddies

Choose by torso length and bust. If you are long in the body or have a fuller bust, take the larger size so the straps do not pull and the high cut sits where it should.

Harness and strappy pieces

Most harness pieces have adjustable sliders. Pick the size of your bust and use the sliders for the rest.

Babydolls and costumes

Babydolls fit by the bust, the skirt floats free. Costumes follow the chart on the product page, check the bust and waist.

Thigh highs, One Size or Queen

SizeWeightHeight
One Sizeabout 90 to 160 lbup to about 5 ft 9 in
Queenabout 160 to 250 lbup to about 6 ft

If you are tall but light, Queen gives more length in the leg. If you are between, Queen sits higher on the thigh.

Common questions about fit

How do I measure for lingerie at home?

Use a soft tape measure over bare skin or a thin unpadded bra. Measure the fullest part of the bust, the narrowest part of the waist and the fullest part of the hips and seat, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.

What if I am between two sizes?

For corsets and bustiers take the larger size, because boning does not stretch. For stretch lace and mesh sets go true to size. For bodysuits and teddies choose by torso length and bust, and size up if you are long in the body.

What is the difference between One Size and Queen thigh highs?

One Size thigh highs fit most women up to about 160 lb and 5 ft 9 in. Queen is cut wider at the thigh and longer in the leg, for about 160 to 250 lb or taller frames.
