Shipping and discreet delivery
Every order leaves in a plain brown box with a neutral sender name and no prices inside. Nothing on the outside says what is in it.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Cost and delivery time

Delivery time counts from the day your order ships. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Discreet packaging
- A plain brown outer box with no logo, no pictures and no product names.
- A neutral sender name on the label, never the word lingerie.
- No prices or invoice inside the box, so it is ready to give as a gift.
- Checkout is in crypto, so nothing appears on a card statement.
Tracking
As soon as the parcel leaves us, you get an email with the tracking number and a link to follow it. If you have an account, the tracking is also shown next to the order.
Crypto orders
Orders paid in crypto ship once the network confirms the payment. That usually takes minutes, but it depends on the coin and network traffic. You get an email as soon as the payment is confirmed.
The Drop shipping
Members of The Drop get one new look a month. Each look ships monthly to the address in your account, in the same discreet box. If you skip a month, nothing ships that month.
Address changes and lost parcels
Need to change the address? Email us with your order number before it ships. If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or the parcel shows as delivered but did not arrive, write to us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
